Managed Support

Keep production automations visible, maintained, and improving.

Production workflows depend on APIs, credentials, data formats, and business rules that change. Managed Support is optional after Build and is selected only after the supported flows and their complexity are confirmed.

What keeps an automation running over time.

An automation left unattended will eventually break silently — at the worst possible time. Plans are priced by the number of flows we manage: you pay for what's actually running, and each plan delivers something tangible every month.

*One flow = one automated process, from trigger to result. A complex flow may count as two only when agreed before service begins; shared steps are not counted twice. Incident handling applies to confirmed flows and service conditions.

What the service covers

1

Monitor and respond

We monitor agreed health signals, surface failures, triage incidents, and restore supported flows within the service conditions.

2

Maintain dependencies

We handle agreed connector, credential, security, and dependency maintenance that keeps the confirmed flows operating.

3

Improve deliberately

Growth and Scale include defined improvement capacity. Changes are prioritized, scoped, tested, and reported rather than released without review.

How a flow is counted

One flow is one automated business process from trigger to agreed result. A multi-step flow with several integrations or materially different exception paths may count as two only when agreed before service begins. Shared steps are not counted twice.

Service hours and response conditions

Published response times apply during the business hours and priority conditions stated in the proposal. A response confirms triage has begun; it is not a universal resolution time. Access, vendor availability, client decisions, and third-party incidents can affect restoration.

Exclusions

New unscoped Builds, major redesigns, unsupported systems, third-party subscription or usage fees, client-caused access delays, and work outside the agreed service window are excluded unless added in writing.

Cancellation and handover

The proposal defines the minimum term, renewal and cancellation notice. At the end of service, Yeevy provides the documentation, source or configuration access, credentials, and transition assistance expressly included in the agreement.

Choose a plan after the production scope is known.

Can the calculator choose a plan for me?

No. Employee count and estimated savings cannot determine flow count or complexity. Yeevy confirms the supported scope before recommending a plan.

Is every incident covered?

Incident handling applies to the confirmed production flows and service conditions. Vendor outages, new scope, and excluded systems may require a separate response or proposal.

Are improvements the same as a new Build?

No. Included improvement hours cover bounded adjustments to supported flows. A materially new workflow or architecture is scoped as a separate Build.

Can I operate without Managed Support?

Yes. It is optional. The Build handover states what you need to operate independently and what ongoing responsibilities remain.

Find out whether an Audit is worth it.

In 30 minutes, we will review one workflow, tell you whether it looks suitable for automation, and explain the most sensible next step. If an Audit is not justified, we will say so.

No obligation. Directly with a founder.
