Estimate: A directional result based on stated assumptions or observed Audit data; not a promise or guarantee.
Target: A measurable result written into a defined Build agreement with a baseline, method, dependencies, acceptance period, and remedy.
Working prototype: A limited Full Audit implementation that demonstrates one workflow; not production-ready.
Production Build: The agreed implementation work for real-world use, including the reliability, security, testing, documentation, and handover in its scope.
Flow: One automated business process from trigger to agreed result. Complex exception paths may count separately only when agreed; shared steps are not counted twice.

When is the Full Audit fee credited?

The $3,000 fee is credited once against a qualifying Build that is signed and begins within 60 calendar days of the Audit handover. It has no cash value. Express Audit fees are not credited.

Why is Build shown as a starting price?

Production scope changes with integrations, data, risk, volume, testing, migration, and handover. Yeevy confirms a fixed scope and price before work begins.

How is a Managed Support plan selected?

Only after the supported production flows and their complexity are confirmed. Calculator inputs do not determine plan fit.
