Fit the approach to the evidence
We compare existing product configuration, lightweight automation, custom code, and hybrid delivery against the confirmed workflow and constraints.
Build is an optional, separately scoped stage after the Audit. We select the lightest approach that meets the workflow’s volume, criticality, integration, data, and operating requirements.
We don't sell a specific tool. After the audit, we recommend the approach that fits your real needs — volume, criticality, integrations, security. Sometimes, the best recommendation is to not build anything custom.
Off-the-shelf software already does the job? We configure and integrate it — without reinventing or billing unnecessary custom work.
Simple need, low volume, rules that change often: a quick automation flow, deployed in a few days.
High volume, business-critical, deep integration with your systems: built in code (Laravel, AWS), designed for production.
The most common case: a quick prototype to demonstrate value, then we harden the critical core in code.
Starting around $6,000, depending on scope. If a qualifying Build begins within 60 days, the Full Audit fee is credited in full toward it.
We compare existing product configuration, lightweight automation, custom code, and hybrid delivery against the confirmed workflow and constraints.
We recommend no Build when the process is unstable, the inputs are unreliable, the volume cannot support the cost, or an existing operational change solves the problem more safely.
Builds start around $6,000. Scope varies with integrations, data migration, exception paths, security, testing, deployment, documentation, and operating requirements.
A Full Audit prototype demonstrates one selected workflow with representative inputs. A production Build adds validated integrations, permission design, error handling, logging, monitoring, deployment controls, representative-volume testing, documentation, and an agreed acceptance process.
Before work begins, the Build agreement defines scope, acceptance criteria, a representative baseline, the measurement method, client dependencies, the acceptance period, and any written target. Any remediation is limited to the signed agreement and its conditions.
The signed agreement records ownership, source and configuration access, credentials, documentation, hosting responsibilities, third-party accounts, and handover. Least-privilege access and approval rules are agreed for the selected architecture.
No. Build is optional. The Audit deliverables support an informed decision, whether you proceed with Yeevy, another provider, or no implementation.
Timing depends on scope, system access, integrations, data readiness, testing, and client approvals. The proposal states the delivery plan before work begins.
Only commitments written into the signed Build agreement apply. It defines the target, baseline, measurement method, dependencies, acceptance period, and applicable remediation.
The agreed handover is included. Managed Support is optional and separately scoped when ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or optimization is required.
The Audit produces an estimate and a recommended way to measure it. On a Build, that may become a written commitment: the target, baseline, measurement method, client dependencies, and acceptance period are defined in the contract — along with the remediation Yeevy provides if the agreed target is not met under those conditions.
Any target and remediation are limited to the conditions in the signed Build agreement. Audit outputs remain estimates, not guaranteed outcomes.
The operating design is agreed before launch. Audit results remain estimates; any Build target and remediation exist only under the conditions of the signed agreement.
In 30 minutes, we will review one workflow, tell you whether it looks suitable for automation, and explain the most sensible next step. If an Audit is not justified, we will say so.
