AI & Automation Audit · For SMBs

Your business is bleeding hours. We find where — and we prove it.

In two weeks: a clear map of where you're losing time, automation opportunities ranked by return on investment, and a working prototype. No theory — something that actually runs, and a quantified gain we commit to.

  • 2 weeks from kickoff to action plan
  • Fixed price, no surprises
  • A measurable result, guaranteed in writing

Repetitive manual work is expensive — especially once you stop noticing it.

Entering invoices, forgotten follow-ups with leads, manually sorting emails, copying data from one tool to another, hand-built reports every week. Taken one by one, it looks trivial. Put together, it adds up to several person-days every month — often without anyone realizing it.

The audit puts a number on that cost, identifies what can really be automated, and proves it with a concrete example — before you invest another dollar.

How much is manual work costing you?

Pick your industry, adjust the sliders — the estimate updates in real time, net of the cost of a Yeevy monthly plan.

Indicative estimate based on your inputs — not a promise. Assumptions: the monthly plan and the initial investment ($4,500 to $15,000, including the credited audit) scale with your size; 25% of subscriptions consolidated. The audit replaces these assumptions with your actual numbers, process by process.

What keeps an automation running over time.

An automation left unattended will eventually break silently — at the worst possible time. Plans are priced by the number of flows we manage: you pay for what's actually running, and each plan delivers something tangible every month.

Your entry point. We make sure nothing breaks quietly in the background.

  • Flow monitoring + alerts
  • Priority fixes when something breaks
  • Security & dependency updates

*One flow = one automated process, from trigger to result. A complex flow (multi-step, multiple integrations) may count as two — agreed together during the audit. Depending on scope; break/fix is always covered.

The right solution — not our favourite tool.

We don't sell a specific tool. After the audit, we recommend the approach that fits your real needs — volume, criticality, integrations, security. Sometimes, the best recommendation is to not build anything custom.

A

Configure what you already have

Off-the-shelf software already does the job? We configure and integrate it — without reinventing or billing unnecessary custom work.

B

Lightweight automation

Simple need, low volume, rules that change often: a quick automation flow, deployed in a few days.

C

Custom

High volume, business-critical, deep integration with your systems: built in code (Laravel, AWS), designed for production.

D

Hybrid

The most common case: a quick prototype to prove value, then we harden the critical core in code.

Starting around $6,000, depending on scope. The audit fee is credited 100% toward this.

We put a number on the result — then stand behind it.

The audit puts a precise number on the hours you can recover. On the Build, that number becomes a written commitment: we agree on a measurable result, and if it isn't met at delivery, we keep going — at no extra charge — until it is.

A results guarantee is only worth the number it rests on. That's why we measure first: ours is backed by a real figure, not a promise.

The AI proposes. You decide.

Automating doesn't mean losing control. We keep a human in the loop wherever judgment matters — and you can take back the wheel anytime.

1

Nothing irreversible on autopilot

No client email sent, no financial decision, no action without an undo — none of it runs without human sign-off.

2

A human calls the sensitive cases

The agent captures, prepares and flags exceptions; a person approves what matters. The routine runs itself, the important comes back to you.

3

You keep the wheel

Pause, adjust or take over any flow — your call, anytime. Everything is traceable; no black box.

We pick the right instrument for each case — from custom code to no-code platforms to AI.

Refer us. Earn 15% of the Build.

Know an SMB bleeding hours on manual work? Introduce them. If they sign a Build mandate, we pay you 15% of the mandate value — one introduction, a real commission.

15%
of the Build mandate value, paid on signing
1

You introduce them

A simple email intro is all it takes. Nothing to sell — we handle the demo, the audit and the proposal.

2

They sign the Build

If the SMB you referred signs a Build mandate, your referral is confirmed. No cap on the mandate value.

3

You get paid

We pay you 15% of the Build mandate value on signing. Clear payout, on invoice — no hidden conditions.

Become a partner

Applies to new-client referrals not already in talks with us. The commission is paid once the mandate is signed and the first payment is collected.

Most agencies deliver a prototype. We deliver a system that holds up.

A no-code flow thrown together in a hurry looks great in a demo, then breaks silently when volume grows — and no one is there to fix it. We put a number on the gain, commit to it, and stay to keep it running. Already have fragile automations? We take them over, secure them, and make them robust for good.

Throwaway automation

What most teams deliver

  • A no-code flow built fast, looks great in a demo
  • Fragile as soon as volume or edge cases increase
  • Breaks silently — and no one left to answer
  • Hard for anyone else to take over
  • No deep integration with your core systems
Durable automation

What we build

  • Designed for production, not for a demo
  • Secure and integrated with your real tools (accounting, CRM, ERP)
  • Monitored and maintained — still here in six months
  • Documented and easy to take over — you're not locked in
  • Built by a senior team with 15+ years of production experience
15+

Years in production

Enterprise-grade software architecture — Laravel, AWS, critical systems. We build to last, not just for a single demo.

The right approach, not just a tool

We prescribe the solution based on your needs, then harden the parts that become critical in code. Others only know how to use one tool.

Direct access

You speak directly with the people building your automations — no subcontracting, no call centre.

The people behind your automations.

No subcontractors, no intermediaries: you work directly with the people who design and maintain your automations, from audit to production.

What SMBs ask us.

Why is the audit paid when others offer it for free?

A 30-minute "free audit" is a sales call. Ours is a two-week engagement: we map your real processes, quantify the losses, and deliver a working prototype. It's genuine engineering work — and its fee is 100% credited if you continue with a Build. If you're hesitating, start with a free 30-minute consultation: we'll tell you honestly whether an audit is worth it.

What exactly does "results guaranteed in writing" cover?

The guarantee applies to the Build mandate (implementation) and it is quantified. The audit first establishes a measurable result — for example, a number of hours recovered per month on a specific process. That number is written into the Build contract. If it isn't reached at delivery, we keep working without billing additional hours until it is. The guarantee applies to the scope defined together during the audit; if your processes change mid-mandate, the number is adjusted together, in writing. And the commitment is financially symmetrical: the Full Audit fee is credited 100% toward the Build if you proceed within 60 days.

Will my data remain confidential and secure?

Yes. Your data flows within your own systems and remains your property. We design every automation on the principle of least privilege and in line with your confidentiality obligations — a critical point for clinics and professional services subject to Quebec's Law 25. Security is part of the architecture, not an option bolted on afterward.

Am I locked in? Can I take my automations back?

No. Everything is documented and built to be picked up by another developer, on open standards and your own credentials. You're never held hostage by a vendor — that's precisely what separates a durable system from a throwaway flow.

How long before we see results?

The audit delivers a quantified plan and a first prototype in two weeks. A simple first automation can be in production a few days later; a fuller engagement, within a few weeks. We always start with the quick, high-impact wins.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Rarely. We start from your existing tools (accounting, CRM, ERP, spreadsheets) and make them talk to each other. If an off-the-shelf tool already does the job, we configure it rather than reinvent it. We only build custom where it creates real value.

What happens if an automation stops working?

That's what the monthly plans are for: flow monitoring, alerts and priority fixes — often before you even notice. An automation left unmaintained always breaks eventually; ours is watched.

Let's find the hours you're losing without seeing them.
