AI and automation for Québec SMBs

Find the manual work costing your business time.

In two weeks, Yeevy maps your workflows, quantifies the best automation opportunities, and—in the Full Audit—builds one working prototype. We work around the systems you already use.

No obligation. Speak directly with a founder.

Start where work repeats, stalls, or gets entered twice.

Most opportunities do not look dramatic. They appear as small tasks repeated across several people, every week.

  • The same information is copied between systems.
  • Follow-ups depend on someone remembering.
  • Documents and emails are sorted by hand.
  • Reports are rebuilt from spreadsheets every week.

You do not need to know what to automate. The Audit determines what is worth fixing—and what is not.

Estimate the cost of repetitive work.

Use your own numbers to estimate how much capacity may be tied up in recurring manual tasks.

Your operating inputs
People doing repetitive tasks 4
Include yourself: the owner counts too.
Manual hours / week / person 8 h
Data entry, copy-paste, emails, reports, follow-ups…
Average hourly cost (fully loaded) 40 $
Salary + benefits. For the owner: the value of your time.
Automation scenario
Share of repetitive tasks that can realistically be automated — the audit refines this for your actual processes.
Advanced settings
Software subscriptions / month 300 $
Overlapping tools — some often consolidate.
Estimated Build investment 6 000 $
Start at $6,000, then adjust to a plausible implementation budget for the selected scope.
Ongoing operating cost / month 0 $
Hosting, support, automation software, and other recurring costs created by the solution.
Economic realization 60 %
Share of recovered capacity that becomes measurable value through avoided hiring, lower overtime, or productive work.
Implementation period 2
Months before the solution begins producing measurable value.

This estimate is directional, not a promised result: the Audit replaces assumptions with observed workflow data.

Start with a decision-ready Audit, not a software pitch.

In two weeks, we document how work actually happens, rank opportunities by impact and feasibility, and recommend what to automate now, later, or not at all.

Express Audit

$1,500

One targeted process. No prototype.

  • Discovery workshop
  • One-process analysis
  • Quantified recommendations

Full Audit

$3,000

Multiple processes plus one working prototype.

  • Multi-process mapping
  • One prototype
  • Phased implementation roadmap

If a qualifying Build begins within 60 days, the Full Audit fee is credited in full toward it.

You keep control of your systems, data, and decisions.

The operating design is agreed before launch. Audit results remain estimates; any Build target and remediation exist only under the conditions of the signed agreement.

Human approval where risk warrants it
Sensitive or difficult-to-reverse actions follow approval rules agreed before launch.
Documented data flows
We document where data moves and which third-party providers process it for the selected architecture.
Least-privilege access
Each automation receives only the permissions required for its confirmed scope.
Visible errors and exceptions
Important actions, errors, and exceptions are logged and surfaced under the agreed operating design.
Tool-neutral recommendations
We configure existing software when it fits and recommend custom work only where it creates justified value.
Defined ownership and handover
Ownership, credentials, documentation, and handover are defined in the signed Build agreement.

What SMBs ask us.

What happens during the free consultation?

In 30 minutes, a founder reviews one recurring workflow with you, assesses whether it looks suitable for automation, and explains the most sensible next step. No presentation is required, and there is no obligation.

Why is the audit paid when others offer it for free?

A 30-minute "free audit" is a sales call. Ours is a two-week engagement: we map your real processes, quantify the losses — and, with the Full Audit, deliver a working prototype. It's genuine engineering work — and if a qualifying Build begins within 60 days, the Full Audit fee is credited in full. If you're hesitating, start with a free 30-minute consultation: we'll tell you honestly whether an audit is worth it.

Do we have to proceed with a Build?

No. The Audit is a decision-ready deliverable of its own. Build and Managed Support are optional, and their scope and pricing are confirmed separately before either stage begins.

What does the results commitment cover?

The commitment applies only to a Build whose signed agreement defines a measurable target. The target, baseline, measurement method, client dependencies, acceptance period, and remediation are written into that agreement. If the process or dependencies change, the target is adjusted together in writing. Audit outputs remain estimates; separately, if a qualifying Build begins within 60 days, the Full Audit fee is credited in full toward it.

Will my data remain confidential and secure?

Data handling depends on the selected architecture. Before implementation, we document where data flows, which third-party providers process it, and what access each automation requires. Automations receive only the permissions they need, and your data remains your property. We design around your confidentiality obligations, including Quebec's Law 25 where applicable.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Rarely. We start from your existing tools (accounting, CRM, ERP, spreadsheets) and make them talk to each other. If an off-the-shelf tool already does the job, we configure it rather than reinvent it. We only build custom where it creates real value.

Find out whether an Audit is worth it.

In 30 minutes, we will review one workflow, tell you whether it looks suitable for automation, and explain the most sensible next step. If an Audit is not justified, we will say so.
