Privacy policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Yeevy (operated by Digital Unity, Montréal, Québec) is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights that Québec's privacy law (Law 25) guarantees you.
Information we collect
Booking form: your name, your email, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, your phone number, and a message describing your situation, along with the chosen time slot and your timezone.
Technical data: when you submit a booking, your IP address is processed for security purposes (Google reCAPTCHA bot protection). It is not kept in our client records.
Visit statistics: only if you accept measurement cookies — see the "Cookies" section below.
Why we use it
To organize and hold the consultation you booked, send you the confirmation and calendar invitation, and follow up on your request.
With your consent, to measure site traffic (aggregated statistics) so we can improve it.
We never sell your information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies
The site uses an essential session cookie required for it to work (form security) and a cookie remembering your consent choice.
Measurement cookies (Google Analytics) are only set if you click "Accept" in the consent banner. You can decline with no impact on your browsing, and withdraw consent at any time by deleting the cookies from your browser.
Who has access
Only the Yeevy team accesses your information. Some technical providers process it on our behalf: hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), bot protection and consented audience measurement (Google), and our transactional email provider. Each is limited to what its role requires.
Retention
Information tied to a booking is kept for as long as needed to follow up on the business relationship, then deleted. You can request its deletion at any time (see "Your rights").
Your rights
Under Law 25, you can request access to the information we hold about you, its rectification or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@yeevy.ai — we respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
