Connect the workflow, not just the logos.

Compatibility depends on the selected product, account tier, API access, data quality, rate limits, permissions, and workflow. Listed systems show relevant experience or common fit—not a promise that every edition or use case is supported.

We make the tools you already use talk to each other.

Most SMBs don't need new software — they need their existing systems to stop working in silos. We connect what you already run so data flows on its own, without copy-paste.

1

Accounting

QuickBooks, Acomba, Sage — invoices, payments, and entries synced instead of retyped.

2

CRM & sales

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho — every lead, quote, and follow-up lands where it belongs.

3

Email & documents

Outlook, Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets — attachments extracted, filed, and routed automatically.

4

ERP & operations

Inventory, orders, scheduling — your operational core connected to the rest, both ways.

Your tool isn't listed? Share the product and workflow. We will assess its API, webhooks, exports, file formats, permissions, limits, and commercial terms before confirming compatibility.

How systems can connect

1

APIs

Direct, authenticated requests can read or write supported records when the vendor exposes the required operations.

2

Webhooks

Vendor events can trigger a workflow quickly when delivery, retry, and signature controls are available.

3

Exports and imports

Scheduled CSV or spreadsheet exchange can be appropriate when real-time access is unavailable or unnecessary.

4

Managed file exchange

Secure folders, email attachments, or structured files can connect legacy workflows with validation and exception handling.

Common limitations

Vendor editions may restrict APIs, write access, rate limits, historical data, webhooks, service accounts, or data residency. Legacy exports can change format. Third-party outages and commercial terms remain outside Yeevy’s control.

Custom-integration process

  1. Confirm the business event and desired result.
  2. Review vendor documentation, account access, limits, and sample data.
  3. Prototype the riskiest connection where justified.
  4. Define permissions, approvals, errors, retries, logging, testing, and ownership.
  5. Scope production delivery and acceptance separately.

Data-flow caveat

The chosen connection determines where data moves and which providers process it. Before a Build, Yeevy documents the proposed flow, minimum access, third-party processors, approval points, logging, and relevant retention or location considerations.

Find out whether an Audit is worth it.

In 30 minutes, we will review one workflow, tell you whether it looks suitable for automation, and explain the most sensible next step. If an Audit is not justified, we will say so.
